Yes, its true. I updated the template for my blog, and now I am the cliche that is web 2.0.

Update 10/2:
Yes, it uses png images, which don't work well in IE 6 and below b/c IE6 doesn't support transparency in png images. Here's what my header looks like in IE6... Notice the area around the logo in the top left.

- Reflection - Check
- Transparency - Check
